The hotel and rooms are very clean, all basic services are available, the breakfast buffet is very special and very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, many thanks to the staff (Rudy and Wasim) for their good treatment and efforts for 24h .. Thank you to the hotel management for the good selection of staff. I would recommend this experience to everyone, There is no doubt that I will come back to this hotel on every visit to Erbil.

The location of the hotel made it convenient for me to explore the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant culture of Erbil. The room was truely clean. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with any requests I had.

All I can say is that our stay was very pleasant, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The staff are extremely friendly and help you with whatever you need (for instance, we needed to print a few pages, and they sent one of their staff to buy high quality paper and printed them for us free of charge). We got served tea and coffee in the lobby regularly, and they gave us bottled water every time we asked for it. They also gave us a delicious fruit plate one night, which was amazing. The breakfast buffet was also good, and it offered an array of cold and hot options, and they all tasted yummy. The facility has laundry service as well, so if you're staying for a long period, you can count on having your clothes washed. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended.

My stay in this hotel is a happy and wonderful experience, I am truly impressed by the overall experience which make me feel I am at home. The reception and the staff is wonderful beyond and above my expectation. The staff treatment is so good, I felt like I am a king!!!...they continue to ask me what is missing or wanting for my stay...they constantly offer me tea and coffee on the house...THe breakfast is excellent. I can say that this hotel offers value and services above 5 stars hotel, and perhaps much more!! I will certainly lookforward to come back again and again. I am telling the truth here. No place I found in my life that made me feel I am at home like this place. Love it love it. When I departed I felt the close association with the staff and the hotel manager that I felt very sad to leave....honest. The hotel is quite and clean, nicely decorated....The internet is good everyehere!......The smile and heart felt welcome by the hotel staff is truly contingous!.

My parents recently stayed at Vote hotel for two weeks, and I am happy to share their wonderful experience. The level of hospitality they received surpassed our expectations, and my family is extremely grateful for the outstanding staff members who made their stay very pleasant. One of the highlights of their stay was definitely the breakfast offered by the hotel. They provide a great full variety of options for every taste. What is important to mention is the Impeccable cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay Finally, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Roudi, Sami, Wassim, Montaha, Chef Mohamed, Ghaith, and Mohannad, who ensured my parents felt comfortable throughout their stay, and anticipated my parents' needs. The care they received truly made them feel like valued guests.

It was originally planned for my wife and me to stay there for one night, but we were so pleased with our stay that we extended it to six nights. In addition to their professional work, Mr Roodi and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also want to thank the staff who prepared a very nice breakfast with many delicate varieties. It would be beneficial for the hotel management to consider installing water boilers in each room. This would support the hotel's quality service

The service and hospitality of the receptionists are absolutely exceptional. I didn’t have much expectation about this hotel just expecting for a place to crash for the night since I’m a first timer in this country. But Rudy made my first impression of this city one of a kind by walking me all the way in the middle of the night to find a SIM card and buy food in the local restaurant. His patience to make suggestions about getting around and listen to my experience make me feel valued as a guest. It’s an one of a kind hotel experience. Wassin (I hope I spelled his name right) was soooo humble and gentle, very friendly and was super helpful. The room: very comfortable, and clean enough in every corner. Hot water is always hot. Good water pressure. Breakfast:absolutely amazing, chefs are so friendly and smiley. Lots of variety of food choices. Amazing fried eggs. Stunning view from the hotel. Lobby: Glorious!!! Staff:very professional. Hygiene: 100% Definitely recommended to everyone specially a first timer here in Kurdistan.
